With the contents of this Light Red/Green set you could convert a set 1 into a set 2.

This set above shows a metal road wheel, part 178, which was produced in this form from 1958 until 1962.

Although categorised as in the late 1950's period, the set below would have been produced between late 1961 and early 1962 due to the plastic road wheel.
